Every visit costs a day.

  • Buyers live far away. A first visit means a trip, for them and for you.
  • Photos and flat videos never show how a room feels.
  • Some sellers want discretion. They do not want their home on the open web.

A visit, room by room.

  1. Film each room in 360° or 180°. Drop the videos into the Studio.

  2. Make a collection: one video per room, chosen by the buyer.

  3. At the agency, hand over Apple Vision Pro. The buyer picks the room with a finger.

  4. Send the same file to a buyer far away, with a password and an expiration date. On iPhone, iPad or Mac it plays in a window: they drag to look around.

  5. Every file is signed with your agency’s name.

  • One video per room, 360° exported as MP4 or MOV with its 360° metadata, or 180°.
  • A collection set to the viewer’s choice.
  • A password if the seller wants discretion.
  • An expiration date that matches the end of your mandate.
  • MV Experience on the agency’s Apple Vision Pro, and the remote paired on an iPad at the desk.

FAQ

Can a buyer watch without Apple Vision Pro?

Yes. In the free app on iPhone, iPad or Mac, the tour plays in a window. They drag to look around a 360° room.

Can I keep a listing off the open web?

Send the file to the buyers you choose, with a password. Only people who have the password can play it.

What happens when the property is sold?

If you set an expiration date, MV Experience stops playing the file after it. The date is checked against the device’s clock.

Do buyers need an account?

No. They install MV Experience, free, and open the file.
